Portraits mean different things to different people ... to record a specific achievement, to welcome a newborn or simply celebrate the joy of your family. Portraits can be an important part of family history or an essential tool in the corporate world. A great portrait can be candid, moody, funny, serious or sad. It can show a little about the person’s environment or what they like to do. Or, a great portrait can be set up to create something a bit arty or quirky. A portrait reveals as little or as much as the sitter wants to give and the photographer seeks to capture.
A portrait sitting generally takes about one hour and is usually far less painless than the dentist. There is a $100 booking fee and different printed display options to suit your budget and display area. Your home, property, park, studio or office all offer excellent backdrops … don’t forget your animals they can look pretty handsome on the wall too.
